I’m headed off on my first-ever media trip to…drumroll please…Poland!
I’ve been invited by LOT Polish Airlines and the Polish National Tourist Office to participate in the first inaugural flight operated by LOT Polish Airlines from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) in April. But after taking this first-ever nonstop flight, I’ll get to explore Warsaw and Krakow with other travel writers.
At this point, I don’t have my itinerary, which is both frustrating and liberating. I have started teaching myself a little Polski so that I have at least a rudimentary understanding of a language that’s totally different from anything I’ve ever learned.
